Certain products sold by Sakaria Distributor are authorized products of Safari Bags and related brands. Wherever applicable, Safari Bags’ product policies will also apply.


Order Processing

Upon placing an order, Sakaria Distributor will process the order in a commercially reasonable manner.
We endeavor to process all confirmed orders within 2–3 working days after receiving order confirmation.

You will be notified via email and/or WhatsApp once your order has been shipped.


Shipping

Shipping of products will be done through the method indicated at the time of order.

Title and risk of loss for all products shall pass to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

You confirm that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete.
In case of non-delivery due to incorrect address, contact details, or unavailability of the recipient, any additional re-delivery cost shall be borne by the customer.

Sakaria Distributor shall not be responsible for any damage or loss caused during transit by third-party courier partners.
